Welcome to our vibrant and inclusive dance school — a place where every dancer is valued, supported, and encouraged to shine.

Founded by Miss Harriet, whose own experience with ADHD inspired a fresh and understanding approach to teaching, our school is built on creativity, compassion, and confidence. We believe dance should be a joyful journey where every student can learn in a way that works for them.

Our purpose-built studios offer a wide range of styles, from classical ballet taught with a modern, flexible twist, to jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and more. Whether your goal is to dance just for fun, build confidence, or take to the stage, you’ll find a nurturing space to grow, express yourself, and feel truly at home.

Alongside our weekly classes, we are proud to offer a range of exciting additional opportunities. HD Dance Company is our auditioned, pre-vocational training programme for dancers wanting to take their skills to the next level, combining dance, singing and acting in a structured and inspiring environment.

For those who love to perform, our Competition Team provides dedicated dancers with the chance to train, compete and represent the school, building confidence, teamwork and performance experience.

We also offer a variety of dance party experiences, including children’s dance parties and hen parties — perfect for celebrating special occasions in a fun, energetic and memorable way.

Beyond the studio, we work within the wider community, delivering engaging dance sessions in nurseries, schools and care homes, sharing the joy of movement with all ages and abilities.
